Returns, Refunds, Cancellations & Exchanges

Here’s how the process works:

Step 1 – Raise a return/replacement request within 14 days of delivery if you receive the wrong or expired product. (For damaged/missing items, raise the request within 5 days).

Step 2 – Allow us 2 business days to review your request.

Step 3 – Once we receive and verify the product, we’ll process a refund or replacement, depending on stock availability.

Eligible for Return/Replacement if:

Wrong product received

Expired product received

Damaged/tampered product or packaging

Missing items from the order.

Not Eligible if:

Product is opened, used, or altered

Original packaging missing

Request raised after the allowed period (14 days / 5 days for damaged/missing items)

Refund Process:

COD Orders → Customers provide bank details for refund transfer.

Partial Returns: Yes, you can return specific products from your order, provided they are eligible.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled anytime before they are marked as “Ready to Ship” via the Cancel Button in My Account.

You can also call us (Mon–Fri, 9 AM – 5 PM) for assistance.

MS Gadgets reserves the right to cancel any suspicious or unverifiable order.

Refunds for cancelled orders are processed within 7 business days.
